Lammia Nova is a villa for 2 to 5 guests, immersed in the Ostuni countryside, exactly halfway on the SP17 that connects Ostuni, the White City and Cisternino, the gateway to the Valle d’Itria. The villa was renovated in late July 2017 with a typical style of the area, enhancing characteristic architectural elements while the swimming pool was added in June 2021.

The lamia, lammia in Ostuni dialect, is an ancient and typical Apulian building, entirely in stone, with a quadrangular base with walls more than a meter thick and with star vaults, once used as a dwelling during rural work.

The villa is fully equipped to guarantee its guests all the comforts and high standards of hospitality and consists of two bedrooms, each with private bathroom and independent entrance, a living room with relaxation area and dining room with kitchenette. last obtained inside an ancient small trullo.

The villa offers several outdoor spaces:

• the swimming pool with panoramic view, is salt and measures 10 × 3 meters, 140 cm deep
• the solarium terrace of the swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds
• the garden with olive trees, Mediterranean plants and flowers throughout the spring and summer season

In high season, the villa is rented in full with a single rate while in low and mid season, it can be rented with three different rates, based on the space needs of the guests, always with exclusive use of the villa.:

• ECONOMY for 2 guests: bedroom with bathroom, equipped outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, garden and all outdoor spaces.
• STANDARD for 2-3 guests: bedroom with bathroom, living room with kitchenette, swimming pool, garden and all outdoor spaces.
• SUPERIOR for 2-5 guests: the whole villa available with two bedrooms with bathroom, swimming pool, garden and all outdoor spaces.

It is necessary to reiterate that the whole villa and the outdoor spaces are always for the exclusive use of guests who book and are never shared with others.
